Directed by The Russo Brothers

Starring: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Hemsworth, Chris Evans, and more (many many more).

The plot surrounds the Avengers and the Guardians of the Galaxy trying to stop Thanos from collecting the Infinity Stones.

A little different, Tuesday's were meant for my usual recommendations, but knowing I am a week or two off from my last review, I've decided to write two reviews for this week (next one on Friday).

First of all, here is my comic book hero movie warning again, I am NOT judging the movie based on the interpretation of the characters in the comic books, but merely the actual movie itself.

And also, SPOILERS INBOUND.

This is the 3rd Marvel film, directed by the Russo Brothers, the other two being Captain America: Winter Soldier, and Captain America: Civil War.

It took me four days to think about writing this review, because I was too emotionally drained after the ending of the film.

I had and still don't have words to explain this film. It's just... Wow. It's honestly a really great film, I went with my cousin to the local theater, and it was crowded! there were like 16 screenings of the avengers that day alone, and the marketing was unreal, as well as the fan-base coming in to watch this long-awaited day.

Unfortunately, It was too crowded. due to that, I missed the first 14 minutes of the film. To which I realized by a friend, that Loki was killed. my luck was really bad, and i really enjoyed the rest of the film.

It was funny, and really entertaining, as well as action packed like the other Avengers films. it like they took the formula to Thor Ragnarok (which I really enjoyed), and reused for this film, blending in the seriousness and the humor in a perfect blend. All the actors did their roles well, especially Josh Brolin who played the menacing Thanos. his voice and his emotions kept him a frightening and emotional character on screen.

It was beautiful visually, and the CGI was also impressive and did not strain the eyes. It was long and filling, and the end did do it justice. I felt the ending was done really well, and kept the audience in the theater wondering "What the hell did I just watch?" and kept us searching for answers for what will happen next, and what just happened in this film. It indeed shocked me, and will continue to stray in mind until the next film.

This music by Alan Silvestri was fantastic, and featured some really emotional pieces that will boggle your mind for the days to come.

This was by far, in my opinion, one of the best Marvel films I have seen, and is up there with Winter Soldier. I also that was a perfect ending to introduce the sequel coming in 2019. I only ask, if DC could have done the same for their universe (since I am a DC fan). It is clear, Marvel is the clear front runner, and DC is a long way from catching up.

My rating: 8.5/10
